BandBack Move is a free online moving house planning tool operated by BandBack Ltd ("we", "us", "our") — a company registered in England and Wales (Co. No. 16881605, registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE).
By using BandBack Move you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
BandBack Move is free for end users. We earn referral fees from some partners. There is never any obligation to use any partner service.
BandBack Ltd is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or any equivalent body, and does not hold permissions to provide regulated advice in any of the following areas:
Any information we provide on these topics is general guidance only and must not be relied upon as advice for your specific circumstances. We may receive a referral fee or commission when you use a partner service. These commercial relationships are disclosed throughout the platform. The fee never increases the price you pay.
Cost estimates and "potential savings" figures shown in the app are illustrative averages based on industry data. They are not guarantees. Actual costs and savings depend entirely on your circumstances, location, property and the services you choose.
Our checklists and timing guidance are general best-practice for UK house moves. We make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it. UK property and tax law changes — always cross-check with official sources (gov.uk, FCA register etc) and professional advisors.
You can save your moving plan by providing your email address. We use single-use "magic link" authentication (no passwords) — please keep access to your email account secure. We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by your email being compromised.
You agree not to: misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, scrape or extract data systematically, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BandBack Ltd shall not be liable for: any loss, damage or expense (direct or indirect) arising from your use of BandBack Move; any loss arising from your use of any third party service we refer you to; or any decision you make based on information shown in the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@bandback.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be communicated to opted-in users by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
