When you use BandBack Move, we collect:

4. Who we share your data with

Important: When we refer you to a regulated firm (FCA, SRA, RICS), they will conduct their own onboarding and apply their own privacy policy from that point. BandBack Ltd does not provide regulated financial, legal or surveying advice ourselves.

We never sell your data. We never share with mortgage brokers without explicit consent. We never share with marketing list brokers under any circumstances.

5. Referral fees and commercial relationships

BandBack Move is free for users. We earn referral fees from some partners when you click through to their service or complete a purchase. This commercial arrangement is disclosed throughout the platform with the symbol or wording "affiliate link" or "BandBack may earn a commission". This never increases the price you pay and you are under no obligation to use any partner service.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for up to 2 years from your move date or until you request deletion (whichever is sooner). Anonymous analytical data may be retained longer to improve our service. Magic login tokens expire 1 hour after creation.

7. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:
